We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead a ~$30M home services operation in the Tucson market. This role holds full P&L responsibility and requires a hands-on leader who can drive revenue growth, improve operational performance, and build a high-accountability leadership team. This is a growth-focused position designed for a builder and operator — not a maintenance role.
Job Responsibility:
Own full P&L performance and drive revenue growth
Increase market share in a competitive local market
Improve technician productivity, sales close rates, and operational KPIs
Lead service, installation, and sales teams with clear performance standards
Develop and strengthen department leadership
Drive EBITDA improvement through operational discipline
Establish accountability systems and performance rhythms
Address underperformance quickly and effectively
Requirements:
Experience leading a $15M–$75M P&L
Proven track record of growing revenue in competitive markets
Strong operational background in field service environments (service, install, sales)
Experience improving or stabilizing underperforming operations
High accountability leadership style with a bias for action
Comfortable making difficult personnel decisions
