Job Responsibility:

Take the lead at one of our much-loved neighbourhood restaurants
Be the heartbeat of the restaurant: leading from the front, owning the vibe, and driving the numbers like a pro
Know how to maximise sales without losing the magic
Keep labour and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread
Make smart commercial calls when it matters most
