This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly opened, high-quality service within a forward-thinking and growing elderly care organisation focused on delivering exceptional resident experiences alongside outstanding standards of care. The home opened in May 2025 and has quickly established itself as a premium care environment, offering residential care within a warm, welcoming and supportive setting. The successful candidate will join the home at an exciting stage of its journey, with the opportunity to shape culture, drive occupancy growth, and further embed operational excellence across the service. This role would suit an experienced Home Manager with strong operational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and the ability to develop high-performing teams within a luxury care environment.
