We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Hotel General Manager to lead the #1 rated, Chairman Award winning AC Hotel by Marriott in Bridgewater, NJ. Lead capital planning and asset management initiatives in partnership with senior leadership
Develop and implement programs that enhance team member engagement and performance
Establish succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline
Set clear performance and development goals

Oversee staffing, compensation, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies
Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, associates, and hotel assets
Serve as a brand ambassador and public relations representative within the local community

Requirements:
Previous Hotel General Manager experience, or 3+ years as an Assistant General Manager at a Marriott or branded property
Prior brand experience
Previous experience in the local or similar market
