General Manager

• Define and execute a sustainable growth strategy for the China market, aligning with financial targets while strengthening the company’s brand and solutions
• Manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring alignment across commercial and operations to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions
• Optimize company's portfolio and enhance customer engagement to establish the company as the preferred partner in the market
• Lead strategic initiatives, including capital expansion projects, collaboration with local manufacturing and innovation centers, and business development with global and regional teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Business Studies or related qualifications
• Minimum 10 years working experience in the ingredient industry
• Resourceful, analytic and able to work under pressure
