As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead the establishment and growth of our new entity in Germany. This role will be responsible for building Dandy Germany from the ground up. The GM will deliver localized market analysis, set up our operations in Germany, and develop the business strategy to ensure successful market entry and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Build and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy Germany
Develop and maintain initial customer base
Develop and manage the Germany business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIs
Create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies
Report on market performance and opportunities to global leadership
Establish key business relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in the Italian market
Represent the company to Italian government officials, industry associations, and business networks
Ensure compliance with all Italian federal and provincial regulations - in partnership with Legal
Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to stand up Dandy Germany
Requirements:
7+ years of progressive management experience
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
Resilient and adaptable in navigating ambiguity and change
Results-oriented with high accountability
Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling operations
Deep understanding of Dandy’s business and operations end-to-end
Understanding of the Italian business environment, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities
Experience in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management
