Requirements
At least four years’ experience in a similar care environment
Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
Strong leadership and management skills
Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
IT‑competent and comfortable with digital systems
Adaptable, flexible, and ready to step in where needed
