That’s why Sales is closed on Sundays and Aftersales has no weekend working. We are offering a fantastic basic salary of £90,000 with an OTE of £120,000 plus company car. You’ll also benefit from excellent rewards, such as a 10% employer pension contribution and access to our Partnership Share Scheme, worth a further 12.5% of your OTE. You must drive a culture where the business succeeds by delivering the right products and services to our customers that meet their needs, protect them from harm, and is likely to result in them returning for future business. You must act with integrity at all times and build trust. You will have a strong track record as a General Manager within the sector, with proven success in new and used vehicle sales and a drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer centric results.
