Requirements:
Proven leadership in hospitality
Ideally at GM level or as a senior departmental leader ready for first GM appointment
Resilience with empathy
Commercially sharp
Confident working with owners and brand partners in a third-party management model
Passionate about developing people
Prior experience with Marriott (or IHG/Hilton) is advantageous
