Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and a track record to prove so
Strong track record as a General Manager within the sector
Proven success in new and used vehicle sales
Drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer centric results
Ability to operate in a customer centric environment where integrity is everything
Ability to motivate and inspire a team
Ability to ensure policies, processes and legislation are adhered to
Ability to prioritise customer and colleague health and safety
