General Manager

We are now looking for a General Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and bring commercial flair, confidence, and leadership to this already successful venue. This role calls for someone energetic and highly driven, capable of maximising every trading opportunity and shaping the weekly programme to keep the venue relevant, busy, and ahead of trends. A strong understanding of the student market is essential, along with the ability to deliver stand-out nights that convert energy on the dancefloor into commercial success. You'll take a hands-on approach, inspiring, supporting and developing your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining high operational standards, compliance, safety, and atmosphere. Organisation, accountability, and a proactive approach are key, as is a natural ability to spot opportunities, resolve challenges quickly, and ensure the venue performs consistently at its best.
