Achieve or exceed annual revenue, profit, and market share objectives
Manage hotel budgets, forecasting, labor controls, and expense management
Analyze financial statements and implement strategies to maximize profitability
Deliver strong GOP performance and ownership returns
Partner with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to grow market share
Develop strategies that increase occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
Maintain strong relationships within the Lafayette business community
Actively participate in sales initiatives and community engagement efforts
Protect and enhance the physical asset through preventive maintenance programs
Ensure capital projects are executed efficiently and effectively
Maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for guests and associates
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hotel General Manager experience
Marriott experience strongly preferred
Proven record of achieving revenue and profitability goals
Strong understanding of hotel financial statements and budgeting
Experience leading multiple department heads and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
Nice to have
Courtyard by Marriott experience
Strong sales and revenue management background
Experience with labor management, forecasting, and operational systems
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
