Coaching, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service with energy and passion
Help your team grow and thrive
Manage busy nights and tricky moments calmly, ensuring smooth, professional service even under pressure
Make sure the venue is compliant, efficient, and always ready to go
Manage stock, rotas, budgets, payroll, and P&L with confidence—keeping the business commercially strong
Lead by example when it comes to standards, ensuring the bar always looks great and delivers consistent quality
Bring energy and creativity—launching new events, improving service, and finding ways to increase sales
Work closely with the Brand and Support Centre teams to position your venue as a must-visit destination and a great place to work
Requirements:
General Manager in bar or hospitality environment
Understand what makes Revolution unique—from its culture and music to its energy and tone
Inspire your team, set high standards, and create a positive, motivated atmosphere
Know how to balance the numbers with the people side of the business
Stay focused during the busiest shifts and always maintain control
Always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and evolve the venue
Build strong relationships with guests, your team, and key stakeholders
Run a smooth operation with high attention to standards, compliance, and brand alignment
