Job Responsibility
Lead a high-performing team of coaches and leaders
Coach 3–5 classes weekly
Drive sales and member growth through community engagement
Manage daily operations, staffing, and team management
Recruit, hire, and develop coaching talent
Own the vibe, numbers, experience, and brand
Requirements
1–3+ years in leadership, sales, customer service, or operations
Background in education, fitness, youth programming, or coaching is a big plus
Energetic, problem-solving, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working weekends
CPR certification (can be completed post-hire)
First Aid certification (can be completed post-hire)
EpiPen certification (can be completed post-hire)
Active, energetic presence on the floor
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice to have
Background in education, fitness, youth programming, or coaching
