We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join us here at Buzz Bingo in Merseyside and surrounding areas. This is a bench role, meaning you’ll be working flexibly across multiple clubs in the area, supporting different locations as required. This role is working full time 44 hours over 7 days a week and you must be fully flexible to work during all opening hours, paying up to £50,000 depending on experience.
Job Responsibility:
Hold performance and financial reviews with management team and evaluate actions to maintain and improve KPI performance
Implement centrally generated brand strategy flawlessly at local level
Ensure adequate staff levels deployed in each area to maximise customer service
Formulate Club's local strategic plan
Effectively communicate Club and company strategy to team
Provide clarity of performance expectations through regular feedback and reviews
Recruit and retain team that deliver outstanding customer service and retail standards
Drive culture of exceptional customer service and lead team to exceed customer needs
Ensure team critically evaluate feedback from customers and respond
Have highly visible presence in all areas at peak trading times
Ensure compliance with Licensing and Health & Safety requirements
Ensure Club operates in accordance with Company's Operating Manuals
Create Safer Gambling Environment for customers and colleagues across all channels
Requirements:
Track record of delivering high levels of customer service and profit delivery within leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
Business awareness in decision making and understanding commercial drivers
