Requirements:
Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in aged care, nursing, or customer-focused industries, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for residents and stakeholders
Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Health, Social Science, Business Management or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in operational management and service delivery within aged care or healthcare
Experience in change management, quality assurance, compliance frameworks, and best practices in aged care or healthcare settings
Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Warrigal’s vision of supporting older people to feel valued, connected, and cared for
