In this exciting role, you will lead our swim school operations, ensuring a safe and fun environment for children to learn and grow. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for all students and families
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive enrollment and community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all swim programs
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense management
  • Foster relationships with parents and the community to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular assessments of swim programs and services for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff engagement
  • Knowledge of swim instruction and safety protocols is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
