This role goes beyond the standard Club Manager position. As General Manager, you own the entire operation – from team and revenue to wellness, partnerships, and the full member journey. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior management role in fitness, hospitality, or high‑service environments
  • A background in hospitality, business, sports management – or equivalent real-world know-how
  • Strong communication skills, analytical sharpness, and operational excellence
  • A service mindset with attention to detail – but with the raw TrainMore twist
  • A leadership style that inspires, energises, and sets the pace
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Experience working with B2B partnerships and commercial opportunities
