This role goes beyond the standard Club Manager position. As General Manager, you own the entire operation – from team and revenue to wellness, partnerships, and the full member journey. Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior management role in fitness, hospitality, or high‑service environments

  • Strong communication skills, analytical sharpness, and operational excellence
