  • Define and maintain architectural guidelines, standards and best practices for new technologies within VOIS, ensuring consistency and reusability across initiatives
  • Lead and run RFI/RFP processes for identified technologies in close partnership with supply chain / procurement teams, and support vendor onboarding from a technical and architectural standpoint
  • Evaluate solution complexity and estimate the effort required to integrate new capabilities with existing platforms and systems
  • Review solution designs, code deliveries and deployment approaches, supporting teams in troubleshooting architectural and integration issues
  • Contribute to and help complete Integration and Operational Design (IOD) artefacts, ensuring that new capabilities are effectively embedded into the operational landscape
  • Define, oversee and audit user access management approaches and controls within the end-to-end solution, in line with security and compliance standards
  • Provide technical expertise and act as an escalation point for VOIS internal and external stakeholders on architecture-related topics
  • Regularly engage with senior stakeholders to present progress, architectural options and recommendations that influence the strategic innovation roadmap
