Ignite Travel Group is seeking a General Manager to lead our Touring division through a significant growth phase - setting strategy and cultivating a high-performance culture that drives sustainable commercial results.   • Coach Front Desk staff through side-by-side support, regular feedback, and formal performance evaluations — issuing corrective action when needed and making hiring recommendations to the GM
  • Plan monthly community events and build local partnerships
  • Serve as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts - responsible for the full operation of the school, stepping in across aquatics, front desk, and facilities wherever the team needs support and ensuring every area is running at the Goldfish standard

  • Provide on-call and overnight coverage as specified by schedule or as needed
