Job Description:

Candidate with experience in B2B or project sales involving Airports, Malls, and Metros will undertake responsibilities such as developing new business strategies, managing strategic accounts, building a sales pipeline, planning marketing activities, and leading a high-performance sales organization.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and develop business strategies
Establish and maintain relationships with strategic accounts
Research and acquire new customer accounts
Build prospect pipeline for immediate and future years
Plan and direct sales and marketing activities
Develop sales forecasts and training programs
Lead a customer-oriented sales organization
Manage dealer/re-seller sales and distribution resources
Oversee marketing activities and strategies.

Requirements:

Experience in B2B or project sales with Airports, Malls, Metros
Ability to identify, prioritize, and develop new business and capture strategies to obtain maximum sales volume and profitability
Establish and maintain relationships with strategic accounts
Research, identify, prospect and acquire new customer accounts
Build a new business prospect pipeline
Plan, control, and direct sales and marketing activities
Develop sales forecasts, sales incentives, sales methods and training programs
Build and lead a high-performance customer-oriented sales organization
Manage dealer/re-seller sales and distribution organization ensuring resources are directed to achieve maximum sales volume
Develop and oversee marketing activity and strategies for sales growth.
