Job Responsibility:

Drive digital transformation by overseeing performance marketing, funnel optimisation, and CRM integration to enhance lead quality and conversion
Act as a key commercial stakeholder, collaborating with architects and consultants to ensure product-market fit, optimal unit mix, and design differentiation
Execute market strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns and agency networks to ensure consistent inventory absorption
Lead sales forecasting, dynamic pricing strategies, and budget allocation with a focus on ROI and revenue optimisation
Ensure all activities strictly adhere to Malaysian property laws, including HDA, Strata Management Act, and APDL requirements
Oversee market research and feasibility studies, translating competitor data and buyer sentiment into actionable pricing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related discipline
At least 15 years of experience in property sales and marketing with reputable developers, including a proven track record of successful project launches
Hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy, performance analytics, and CRM systems.
