The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee one of the most prestigious luxury residential communities in the region. As General Manager, you will be entrusted with protecting and enhancing the value of a significant luxury real estate asset while creating an exceptional lifestyle experience for a discerning international ownership community. Reporting to the Board of Directors and working closely with Marriott International, you will lead all aspects of residential operations, governance, owner engagement, financial performance, and service excellence. This role requires a sophisticated relationship-builder, commercial thinker, and operational leader capable of balancing the expectations of high-net-worth homeowners, Board members, associates, and brand stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the Board of Directors
Build trusted relationships with homeowners and key stakeholders
Provide transparent financial reporting, operational updates, and long-term asset management recommendations
Foster a thriving residential community through proactive communication and engagement
Lead all residential operations, ensuring an exceptional owner and guest experience
Maintain the highest standards of safety, security, privacy, and property presentation
Protect and enhance the long-term value of the residences through strategic maintenance and capital planning
Drive operational excellence across all residential services and amenities
Develop and manage annual operating budgets
Deliver strong financial stewardship and responsible cost management
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and owner value
Provide regular forecasting and performance reporting to the Board
Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing residential operations team
Create a culture rooted in The Ritz-Carlton service philosophy
Champion associate engagement, talent development, and succession planning
Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards throughout the community
Act as the ambassador for The Ritz-Carlton Residences within the local market
Build strong relationships with local authorities, partners, and community leaders
Ensure the residential experience reflects the prestige and values of The Ritz-Carlton brand
Requirements
Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, branded residences, private clubs, ultra-luxury residential communities, or mixed-use developments
Proven success leading large teams and complex operations
Experience working directly with owners, Boards, investors, or ownership groups
Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex environments
Experience within luxury lifestyle brands, residential communities, or internationally recognised hospitality organisations
