General Manager Property

• Create and execute a property plan that supports growth and uses resources wisely
• Manage lease negotiations, rent reviews, budgets, and property expenses
• Oversee property projects such as store fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations, and maintenance
• Lead and grow a motivated property team focused on safety and results
• Build good working relationships with internal teams, landlords, contractors, and regulators
• Ensure all property activities follow legal, safety, environmental, and financial rules

• Broad experience in property or facilities management, with a history of successfully leading teams and senior projects
• Skilled in negotiating commercial leases, planning asset lifecycles, and managing budgets
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and partner across multiple business functions
• Knowledgeable about workplace health and safety, property laws, and risk management
• Relevant tertiary qualifications required – e.g. Property, Business, Finance, Law, Construction or Facilities Management
• Further qualifications, such as an MBA, desirable
• Commercially focused with strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
