Senior Leadership Role (Property Development - Projects). Financial Stewardship: Manage P&L for the development arm. You will be responsible for capital raising support, budgeting, cost control, and ensuring target internal rates of return (IRR) are met. Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison, government authorities, and local communities. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers. Risk Mitigation: Anticipate market shifts and regulatory changes, implementing strategies to protect the company’s assets and timelines. Operational Workflows: Establish the 'Standard Operating Procedures' (SOPs) for site safety, quality assurance (QA/QC), and progress reporting. Value Engineering: Continuously analyze implementation methods to find cost-saving efficiencies without compromising the design integrity or safety. Permitting & Compliance: Navigate the final stages of municipal approvals, utility connections, and obtaining Occupancy Permits (OP).

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 7 years experience in a managerial level
Must have completed multiple lifecycles of projects
