This role is responsible for controlling work intake, enforcing execution discipline, and ensuring the business operates in a structured, predictable, and profitable manner. The successful candidate will act as the central decision-maker across day-to-day operations, ensuring the right work is taken on and delivered effectively. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder-operator who can impose structure, drive accountability, and lead execution in a complex, project-based manufacturing environment.
