General Manager of Taxation & Accounts

• Lead and manage all accounting and taxation functions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
• Develop and implement tax optimization strategies
• Prepare and review accurate financial reports
• Manage and develop a high-performing accounting and tax team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

• Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Additional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CA are highly desirable
• Extensive experience in accounting and taxation, with a proven track record of leading and developing accounting and tax teams
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
