Job Description:

My client is an established leader in advanced testing and measurement solutions, delivering solutions that optimize performance, safety, and efficiency across critical sectors. They are looking for a General Manager of Sales to develop their business in China.

Job Responsibility:

Full P&L responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in the Chinese market
Oversee daily operations and make key decisions to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
Manage budgets, develop and implement budget plans for the department and company
Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and shareholders in China
Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies
Manage crisis situations and resolve complex problems that could impact the business.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in sales leadership
MUST have experience in Transmitters
Strong understanding of the Chinese market and regulatory environment
Proven track record in business turnaround
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
