Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a General Manager of Operations to join their team at Emery Proton Treatment Center in Atlanta, GA. The General Manager of Operations will be responsible for developing and executing custodial and maintenance solutions to meet customer needs as well as responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications and financials.
Job Responsibility:
Directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent

Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications
Ensure maintenance services appropriately connects to the Executional Framework
Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations are compliant with Aramark and client regulations
Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress
Delivers and models WEST as foundation for excellent customer service
Ensures the completion and maintenance of profit and loss (P&L) or client budget statements
Delivers client and company financial targets
Adopts all Aramark processes and systems, understands performance metrics, data, orders, and inventory trends
educate teams on key levers to improve margins
Requirements:
At least five to seven years of leadership experience in a healthcare facility supporting multiple services (security, environment services, valet)
At least five to seven years of experience in a management role
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage a function independently and without direct supervision
