The General Manager - In-Store Marketing is a critical leadership position responsible for defining, developing, and executing the holistic in-store marketing strategy for our network of 1,000+ retail stores nationwide. This role ensures a consistent, compelling, and effective brand experience at the point of sale, driving customer engagement, increasing conversion, and supporting promotional campaigns across all stores.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of integrated marketing leadership within Retail
  • Proven track record of managing execution across a large-scale, multi-unit store network
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Deep knowledge of the Australian retail landscape
  • Proven capability in building high-performing teams and influencing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Experienced in utilising data insights, customer segmentation, and personalisation to optimise marketing performance and ROI
  • Tertiary qualified in Marketing or Business
  • Genuine passion for food, quality, and sustainability
