The General Manager position is a vital leadership role within a private aviation terminal (PAT) environment, responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the facility. Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily operations of the private aviation terminal
coordinate ramp operations to ensure safety and efficiency
manage guest services to exceed client expectations
lead, motivate, and develop team members
enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
foster a positive and collaborative team culture
manage scheduling including nights, holidays, and weekends
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 5 years experience in aviation operations or hospitality management
availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to work onsite in indoor and outdoor environments
comfortable working near active aircraft and ground service equipment
strong commitment to safety and customer service
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
proven leadership experience in aviation or related customer service operations
strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
