Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking a General Manager II to oversee multi-site operations across a portfolio of senior living communities located primarily in the Asheville/Charlotte, North Carolina. This leadership role provides operational oversight for 10–12 communities supporting both culinary and environmental services (EVS) operations within Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) and senior living environments. The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for delivering strong operational performance while building trusted relationships with client partners and community leadership. This role works closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent service excellence while maintaining operational stability and accountability across the region. This position reports directly to the Market Vice President of Operations and provides leadership to approximately 20–25 managers and operational leaders across the district. The role requires 60–70% travel to communities throughout the region.
Job Responsibility:
Provide leadership and operational oversight for 10–12 senior living communities across the MidAtlantic market
Lead and support a team of 20–25 managers and operational leaders
Coach and develop site leadership teams to drive service excellence
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure alignment with operational expectations
Oversee district financial performance including P&L accountability
Drive productivity improvements and operational consistency across all sites
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
5–10+ years of leadership experience in multi-site operations, hospitality operations, food service operations, healthcare services, or senior living operations
