Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is seeking an experienced and dynamic financial leader for one of our valued clients. This position is ideal for a senior finance professional who can lead financial strategy, ensure strong governance, and support business growth through sound financial management and controls.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the organization’s overall financial strategy
  • Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders
  • Maintain accounting and financial records in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
  • Manage financial risks and ensure safeguarding of company assets
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, regulatory, and legal requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team, promoting strong performance and accountability
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, banks, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior financial management roles
  • Prior experience as Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or similar leadership role preferred
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Sound business judgment with strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics
