We are currently partnering with an exciting new brand entering the Malaysia market, and are looking for a General Manager, F&B Operations (QSR Chain) to pioneer the business operations and setting the company strategy.
Job Responsibility
Provide overall leadership and direction for business operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives
Develop and execute business strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR
Lead, coach, and develop senior leadership teams to build a high-performance culture
Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
Optimise store performance through effective pricing strategies, promotion planning, productivity improvements, and enhanced guest experience
Lead end-to-end execution of new store openings, including pre-opening planning, recruitment and training, operational readiness, launch execution, and post-opening stabilisation
Requirements
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership position
Experience in managing a QSR, fast-casual, or chain restaurant environment
Demonstrated success in scaling and expanding F&B operations, including leading new store openings and post-opening stabilisation
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in P&L management and driving outlet-level profitability
Experience in pioneering or setting up an F&B business are highly preferred
