Job Description

We are currently partnering with an exciting and fast-growing brand in the market, and looking for a General Manager, F&B Operations (QSR Chain) to support our client’s business growth and expansion plans.

Job Responsibility

  • Own full outlet-level performance, including revenue, labour cost, food cost, controllable expenses, and overall store profitability
  • Develop and implement scalable, repeatable operating processes to ensure consistency across multiple outlets and support future expansion
  • Foster a high-performance culture driven by accountability, discipline, teamwork, and measurable results
  • Drive revenue growth across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels through strong operational execution and commercial discipline
  • Optimise store performance through effective pricing strategies, promotion planning, productivity improvements, and enhanced guest experience
  • Lead end-to-end execution of new store openings, including pre-opening planning, recruitment and training, operational readiness, launch execution, and post-opening stabilisation

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior multi-outlet leadership role
  • Proven track record in managing multi-outlet operations within a QSR, fast-casual, or chain restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated success in scaling and expanding F&B operations, including leading new store openings and post-opening stabilisation
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in P&L management and driving outlet-level profitability

  • Ensure all GMs and staff recognize the importance of preparing each of the zone’s restaurants for next day opening, holding GMs accountable for executing all closing and opening checklist/requirements
  • Responsible for scheduling managers to ensure the zone has a leader-decision maker on site within the zone during all hours of operations, and that all restaurants have a person-in-charge on site during all operating hours
  • Understands, adopts, and consistently demonstrates defined manager behaviors designed to create an environment where employee engagement thrives
  • Provides restaurant staff with consistent support, coaching and encouragement necessary to achieve business goals
  • Ensures company and branch diversity and inclusion philosophy is understood and actively executed within the restaurants in the zone
