The Azalea at Delray Beach, a Leisure Care–managed community, is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager / Executive Director to lead our team. Job Responsibility:

Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and team members
Ensure high resident and employee satisfaction across all departments
Oversee community operations, compliance, safety, and regulatory standards
Conduct operational audits and uphold company policies
Manage monthly financial performance, reporting, and forecasting
Develop annual business plans and budgets
Maintain the building, equipment, and physical assets to brand standards
Guide sales planning and community growth initiatives
Drive a culture of innovation, customer service, and fun
Stay current on industry trends and proactively implement improvements

Requirements:

Senior living industry experience required
3 years of progressive management experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
A passion for hospitality, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional service
