Join us as a General Manager Designate and we can offer you a generous package of up to £49,000 per year including Tip Jar! We’re looking for a General Manager Designate who can inspire & motivate a team with a strong focus on our guests. You’ll be responsible for upholding our culture & values, championing standards, & leading a team of over 100 to deliver an authentic, fresh-food-based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town! If you are a passionate Manager, with experience in training & running flagship restaurants and are looking for your next big step on the hospitality ladder, then we want to hear from you.   • Lead and support park operations, deputising for the General Manager and taking full responsibility during periods of absence
  • Work across all departments, gaining hands-on experience and developing the capability to independently run a large, multi-functional holiday park
  • Collaborate with General Managers to drive improvements in systems, processes, and overall park performance
  • Develop strong knowledge of all Group and park systems, supporting Heads of Department and ensuring effective operational use
