• Champion Safety & Culture: Lead by example to embed a safety‑first culture, empowering teams to identify hazards and continuously improve safety practices

• Drive talent development, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement
• Drive Commercial & Financial Performance: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs
• Lead pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Use commercial insights to inform decision‑making
• Deliver Operational Excellence: Champion cost efficiency, process optimisation, and technology adoption across plants, logistics, and quarry operations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Strengthen market presence and secure long‑term customer and stakeholder relationships

• 15+ years’ P&L leadership experience in capital‑intensive manufacturing, heavy building materials, mining, energy, or industrial sectors
• Proven capability in strategic, operational, safety, and commercial leadership across large, dispersed teams
• Strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
• A leadership style grounded in accountability, communication, customer focus, and inclusivity
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Business, Operations Management) are desirable, with postgraduate studies (MBA or equivalent) viewed favourably
