Job Responsibility

Lead and supervise all Parking Attendants
Provide clear instructions to attendants and ensure policies are being followed
Manage staffing schedules and communicate schedules and timing to team
Manage vehicle traffic flow and parking layout
Monitor parking capacity and activate overflow parking as needed
Oversee accessible parking and bus staging areas
Coordinate with the General Manager on daily capacity and group arrivals
Communicate parking updates to Entrance, Field, and Group teams
Ensure emergency lanes remain clear at all times
Address guest concerns related to parking
