Job Description:

Perform general maintenance duties including system maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily logging of activities at Sheraton Nouakchott Hotel.

Job Responsibility:

Schedule maintenance of systems
Maintain integrity of facility boiler systems, pumps, ventilation systems, plumbing, water and sewage systems
Use service manuals, technical manuals and blueprints
Adhere to building codes and safety precautions
Perform minor repairs
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities
Communicate with Director of Residences/Residences Manager

Requirements:

Technical, Trade or Vocational School Degree
3 years of related work experience
First Class Stationary Engineer's Operating License
Supervisory experience
