General Maintenance Engineer

• General maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas
• Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance
• Perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment

• 1 years experience as a General Maintenance Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• High school diploma or equivalent
