Job Responsibility

  • Organize and manage legal documents and case files in digital and hard-copy formats
  • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, agreements, and more
  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including exhibit creation and witness statements
  • Maintain deadlines, schedule depositions, and provide legal support during hearings and trials
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals to coordinate case progress

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Paralegal experience
  • Familiarity with legal research databases, terminology, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to adapt to new technology
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of iManage and Juris
