Job Description:

A nationally recognized plaintiff’s personal injury firm is seeking Personal Injury Trial Attorneys to handle general liability accident cases. This role focuses on representing plaintiffs in matters including premises liability, sexual assault, wrongful death, etc. with responsibility for cases through trial. This opportunity is well suited for attorneys with hands‑on litigation experience and who want a trial-focused role with the support of a high‑volume, well‑resourced platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Day‑to‑day management of personal injury litigation matters
  • Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and related litigation documents
  • Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Working directly with clients, expert witnesses, and medical providers throughout the case lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Law degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state
  • Ability to manage a high‑volume litigation caseload
  • Strong client communication, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Self‑starter with long‑term litigation and trial interests
