General Ledger Staff Accountant

• Preparing legal entity financial reporting
• Recording journal entries related to intercompany transactions
• Processing various month-end, quarter-end and annual close activities including reconciliations and account analysis
• Overseeing compliance with global intercompany policies
• Processing intercompany invoicing and settlement
• Creating and implementing efficiencies in intercompany processes
• Assisting with set-up of new international locations
• Participating in development projects - planning, testing and implementation
• Performing special projects and other administrative tasks as necessary

• Possess or are working towards a bachelor's degree in Accounting OR have relevant work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
