Job Description:

As a key member of our General Accounting Team, you’ll take charge of managing the company’s general ledger and analyzing balance sheet items. Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure timely and accurate calculation and posting of accruals
  • Own the process of verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies efficiently
  • Manage the period-end closing processes and reporting to ensure financial accuracy
  • Prepare detailed cost and balance sheet analyses, providing actionable insights for business units, and resolve issues through root cause analysis
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of tax reporting
  • Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls (SOX)
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, share knowledge with peers, and contribute to the evolution of the General Accounting function

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Accounting Experience, preferably in fast-moving, multinational environments
  • Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with SAP is a bonus
  • Comfortable working with Excel to manage and analyze data
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Results-driven mindset with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem solver
