Job Description

We are seeking a General Ledger Accountant for a short-term contract position. This role will support key accounting and audit-related activities and is ideal for a hands-on detail oriented with strong general ledger experience and a solid background in audit support.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and support general ledger accounting activities
  • Prepare and build audit schedules
  • Pull and organize audit support documentation
  • Assist with account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting support
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records
  • Partner with internal teams and auditors to respond to audit requests efficiently

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a General Ledger Accountant or similar accounting role
  • Prior audit experience, including building schedules and gathering supporting documentation
  • Strong understanding of general ledger processes and reconciliations
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • NetSuite experience preferred, but not required
