Job Responsibility:

Manage daily accounting activities for multiple entities within the group
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
Handle intercompany transactions and ensure balances are properly reconciled
Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP)
Support internal, external, and statutory audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations
Assist in month-end closing procedures and preparation of financial reports
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations

Requirements:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role, preferably with multinational companies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
