Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily accounting activities for multiple entities within the group
  • Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
  • Handle intercompany transactions and ensure balances are properly reconciled
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP)
  • Support internal, external, and statutory audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures and preparation of financial reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role, preferably with multinational companies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
