We are seeking a General Ledger Accountant for a short-term contract position. This role will support key accounting and audit-related activities and is ideal for a hands-on detail oriented with strong general ledger experience and a solid background in audit support.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and support general ledger accounting activities
Prepare and build audit schedules
Pull and organize audit support documentation
Assist with account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting support
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records
Partner with internal teams and auditors to respond to audit requests efficiently
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a General Ledger Accountant or similar accounting role
Prior audit experience, including building schedules and gathering supporting documentation
Strong understanding of general ledger processes and reconciliations
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
