Job Description:

You're someone who is a curious and driven individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for making a difference. You've honed your skills with a university degree (Finance, Accounting or related) and at least 3 years of experience in a related field, or your unique journey has given you a solid 5 years of relevant experience – either way, you're ready to contribute! You approach financial services with a keen eye for detail, always aiming for accuracy and efficiency, because you know it helps create a smoother, more sustainable every day for everyone. You thrive in a collaborative environment, eager to join our Global Business Operations (GBO) team and contribute to our shared success. Communicating clearly and connecting with colleagues globally is important to you, and your proficiency in English will be a wonderful asset in our international environment. Just like us, you care deeply about our planet and believe in doing things with people at heart, striving to create a positive impact in everything you do. You're always eager to learn and grow, taking the initiative comes naturally, and you see challenges not as obstacles, but as exciting opportunities to develop. You share our passion for self-development, constantly exploring new talents and growing your passions, both personally and professionally. You are proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel) and fluent in English. As part of the Sales Reconciliation team within Global Business Operations (GBO), you will join a highly specialized group of co-workers responsible for ensuring accurate sales reporting across multiple markets. Our team plays a key role in reconciling complex sales flows, including returns and cross channel transactions, supporting both physical stores and e commerce operations. We work closely with finance teams in IKEA countries, acting as trusted partners who provide transparency, insights and strong control over reported sales figures. Our team is at the heart of a major global transformation, by standardizing finance ways of working, increasing automation and accuracy and at the same time significantly reducing manual effort for local markets. Collaboration is a key in the way we work. We share openly knowledge with each other, support one another in solving complex topics and continuously improve our processes together. As a globally connected team, we appreciate clear communication, accountability and a strong sense of ownership, while always keeping IKEA values and our customers at the centre of what we do. Joining this team means being part of a growing, future focused department that combines deep financial expertise with innovation, learning and close international cooperation.
