Job Description:

Randstad Canada is hiring a General Labourer for a renowned client in Coquitlam, specializing in document storage. This role involves processing orders, moving materials, and utilizing a proprietary computer system for order tracking.

Job Responsibility:

Lift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders
Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes
Operate handheld scanner
Climb and balance on ladders
Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50lbs
Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level, or on carts
Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids

Requirements:

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job (lifting heavy boxes, walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop and bend for extended periods of time)
Dependable and ability to work independently or as part of a team
